Certification in Personal Training (Certified Personal Training): Pursued my certification in Certified Personal Training through the American College of Sports Medicine. With this certification, I am able to treat clients in a manner in which they can meet their body requirements, e.g. to gain/reduce weight, build lean mass, perform weight training, body weight training, and strengthen specific groups of muscles. As part of this service, the client will also receive information regarding Calorie burning techniques and basic nutrition requirements.
